RETURNS :

Please take a look at our return policy before making a request for a return:

• The returns of the product must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date.

• Returned items must be in good condition, with some original proof and tags.

RETURN PROCESS :

To return an item, please email our customer service at theathyea14@gmail.com or call +91 7352187067 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item, proof of purchase and return form, and mail.

REFUNDS :

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your refund. Please give us 6 – 7 days from the receipt of your product and the completion process of your return. Refunds of payment can take 1-7 days appear on your credit card statement and your banking entry, depending on the type of your credit card company. We will update and notify you by sending an email, whenever your product return process has been done.
